Reciting the Quran

The Quran is the religious book of the Muslims and was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), through the Angel Jibrail (Gabriel) over a period of 23 years. Muslims believe that the Quran hasn't been changed in any way since its revelation unlike the other books revealed to previous prophets such as Moses and Jesus, known as Musa (Alayhis Salam) and Isa (Alahis Salam) by Muslims.
Muslims believe that the Quran is the word of God (Allah) and that reciting it brings many rewards to the reciter and listener. Muslims have been commanded to read the Quran in a beautiful voice with the correct pronunciation. This takes years to perfect and a lifetime for others, as there are hundreds of rules to follow. It is also very important to read the Quran with correct pronunciation as the meaning gets distorted otherwise. There is most opportunities to learn quran In online Quran academy in Canada.
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has said that the "The best of you is he who learnt the Holy Quran and taught it to others." and "O People of the Quran, do not make the Quran a pillow, that is do not be lazy and be careless, and read the Quran in the day and night like it is the Haq (duty) of Recitation, and spread it, that is, read with good voices..."
Muslims are encouraged to memorise the full Quran, if people cannot memorise the full Quran they need memorise some short chapters which are a few sentences long to recite when they perform their five daily prayers, which are obligatory.
Muslims are also encouraged to understand its meaning and ponder over what is being said. It is better to recite the Quran when knowing its meaning, especially during prayer as the praying person can concentrate more on his or her prayer. You can contact at our online Quran academy in Canada.
